Senior management and directors have a responsibility to ensure long time security for a company not only to surve the shareholders but also to surve the employees .
Too often the directors are more interested to get their bonus rather than look at the long term survival of the company.
We propose to revamp this to benefit all,
All bonus payments will be held in a bonded bank account for three years where if after that time if the company is in good shape and decisions from the past have paid off then the bonus will be released .
However a successful company is never down to a person or indiffidual it is down to the team,
All employees shall be intitled to the same proportion of bonuses as the directors and will be the same proportion as it is for the directors to pay.
If after the three year period the company fails the directors bonus payment shall be shared to all employees as compensation.
This policy will ensure team work at all levels and be fair to all no matter what role of the business you are in
